About the Teacher
These classes are taught by Verna Reidy, the creative founder and executive director of Yoga By Design. She is a certified Kripalu yoga teacher and Phoenix Rising yoga therapy practitioner with twenty years teaching experience. She specializes in “meeting people where they need to be met” during practice and offers modifications to the individual. Bring your own mat or blanket.
